AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A MULTIMODAL
TRACK ON A PORTION OF CONNECTICUT ROUTE 117.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Economic and Community Development for the purpose 5
of providing a grant -in-aid to the town of Ledyard for a multimodal 6
track on Connecticut Route 117 to the Groton town line. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the town of Ledyard for a multimodal track on
Connecticut Route 117 to the Groton town line.
