AN ACT REVISING THE CALCULATION OF THE HOSPITAL TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That chapter 211c of the general statutes be amended to revise the 1
calculation of the hospital tax to be based on the number of Medicaid, 2
Medicare and uninsured patients served. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the calculation of the hospital tax to be based on the number
of Medicaid, Medicare and uninsured patients served.
