AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR RENOVATIONS
TO THE JOHN J. MITCHELL FAIRGROUNDS IN THE TOWN OF
SOUTH WINDSOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Economic and Community Development for the purpose 5
of providing a grant -in-aid to the town of South Windsor for 6
infrastructure improvements at the John J. Mitchell Fairgrounds, 7
including development of an event space for the community, 8
installation of utilities and construction of a pavilion. 9

J. Mitchell Fairgrounds, including development of an event space for the
community, installation of utilities and construction of a pavilion.
