SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 300

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by inserting after line 78 the following and redesignating accordingly:

“

(e) A person holding a valid Delaware Concealed Deadly Weapon Permit pursuant to 11 Del. C. 1141 is exempt from the background checks under subsections (b) and (c) of this section.

”

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by inserting after line 338 the following and redesignating accordingly:

“

(e) A person holding a valid Delaware Concealed Deadly Weapon Permit pursuant to 11 Del. C. 1141 is exempt from the background checks under subsections (b) and (c) of this section.

”

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by deleting the phrase “

” on line 144 and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “
