HOUSE BILL NO. 117

AMEND House Bill No. 117 on line 9 by deleting "

When

" as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "

Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, when

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 117 on line 9 by deleting "

land,

" as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "

land for either a short-term or long-term lease period,

".

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 117 by inserting the following after line 13 and redesignating accordingly:

"

(c) The notice requirement under subsection (a) of this section does not apply to the renewal of an existing lease when the tenant remains the same.

".
