TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 119

AMEND House Bill No. 119 by deleting lines 17 through 19 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

State or from a county or municipality of the State. “Public library” includes privately incorporated public libraries and county libraries. “Public library” does not include public school libraries, libraries within institutions of higher education, or Department of Correction libraries.
