TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 123

AMEND House Bill No. 123 by deleting line 3 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

§ 1460A. Discharging a firearm towards a dwelling, place of worship, vehicle, place of business, school, or institution of higher learning.

”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 123 by deleting “

” as it appears on line 4 and inserting in lieu thereof “

towards

”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 123 by inserting after line 8 and before line 9 the following:

“

(5) A school.

(6) An institution of higher education.

”.
