TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 250

AMEND House Bill No. 250 by inserting the following after line 61:

“Section 2. Section 1 of this Act expires on December 31, 2026.

Section 3. Moneys in the Delaware 250 Fund established by this Act that are unencumbered on December 31, 2026, revert to this State’s Transportation Trust Fund. Moneys in the Delaware 250 Fund established by this Act that are encumbered on December 31, 2026, are transferred to Delaware 250.”.
