AMEND House Bill No. 38 on line 9 by deleting “

the University of Delaware and Delaware State University

" as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “

”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 38 on line 10 by deleting “

University of Delaware or Delaware State University

” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “

institution of higher education

”.

SYNOPSIS
