TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 393

AMEND House Bill No. 393 after line 64 and before line 65 by inserting the following:

“

(d) The Commission must prepare a report of its findings under this section. The report must be published on the Commission’s website and delivered to the Governor, the Director and Librarian of the Division of Legislative Services, and the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives for distribution to all members of the General Assembly.

”
