AMEND House Bill No. 396 on line 19 by deleting "

" as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 396 on line 30 by deleting “

Bar establishments and alcoholic beverages are exempt.

” and inserting in lieu thereof “

Alcoholic beverages, and bar and restaurant establishments that sell alcohol, are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

”.
