TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 45

AMEND House Bill No. 45 on line 11 by inserting "

physically located in this State

" after "

licensee

" and before "

for

" therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 45 by deleting lines 51 through 54 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Section 2. This Act takes effect on January 1, 2026.”.
