HOUSE BILL NO. 90

AMEND House Bill No. 90 by deleting lines 1 through 11 in their entirety.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 90 on line 12 by deleting the phrase “Section 2” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Section 1”.
