TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 93

AMEND House Bill No. 93 on line 5 after “

” and before “

” by inserting “

” therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 93 by inserting after line 18 the following:

“

(c) The Delaware Attorney General must respond to the request for cooperation within 48 hours after the request is received. If the Delaware Attorney General does not respond to the request within 48 hours, then the request is authorized.

”.
