AMEND House Joint Resolution No. 8 on line 3 by deleting "A.2d" after "239" and before "451" therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "A.3d ".

FURTHER AMEND House Joint Resolution No. 8 on line 4 by deleting "for" after "settlement" and before "the" therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "in".

FURTHER AMEND House Joint Resolution No. 8 on line 8 by deleting "HB 62," after the comma and before "enacted" therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"House Bill No. 62 of the 152nd General Assembly,".

FURTHER AMEND House Joint Resolution No. 8 on line 13 by deleting "previously" after "Assembly" and before "explored" therein.
