AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 163 by inserting after line 171 and before line 172 the following:

“

§ 9029D. The Department of Human Resources is authorized to seek and must make applications for grants or other sources of funds from private, federal, or other public funding sources to facilitate the funding of this Diabetic Wellness Pilot Program.

”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 163 by inserting on line 172 after the phrase “90 days after” and before the phrase “ the Secretary” the following: “the Department has received adequate funding to fund the Pilot Program, and”.
