HOUSE BILL NO. 329

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 329 by deleting lines 62 and 63 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Section 4. This Act shall take effect when the Governor in office at the time this Act is enacted, for any reason, is no longer Governor.”.
