HOUSE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 386

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 386 by deleting on line 13 the phrase “

or non-resident

” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 386 by deleting lines 16 and 17 and redesignating accordingly.

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 386 on line 28 by deleting the phrase “within one hundred eighty (180) days of the effective date of this Act”.
