FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 48

AMEND House Substitute No. 2 for House Bill No. 48 by deleting lines 70 through 71 in their entirety.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 2 for House Bill No. 48 after line 109 and before line 110 by inserting the following:

“

(j) Each accessible parking space sign that is required under this section must display the current maximum fines established in § 4183(f) of Title 21.

”.
