TO

SENATE BILL NO. 315

AMEND Senate Bill No. 315, as amended, by striking Senate Amendment No. 1 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 315, as amended, by deleting lines 26 and 27 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“

(d) The Council shall review applications for use of available funds under this section and make recommendations to the Division regarding fund allocation.

”.
