HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 61

AMEND Senate Bill No. 61, as amended by Senate Amendment No. 1, by deleting lines 19 through 23 of Senate Bill No. 61 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“

(1) The report must include all reported votes cast, regardless of whether the vote is otherwise disclosed.

”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 61, as amended by Senate Amendment No. 1, by deleting lines 9 through 11 of Senate Amendment No. 1.
