HOUSE BILL NO. 328

AMEND House Bill No. 328 by inserting after the period on line 112 the following: “

Copies must be provided gratis to the 2 state daily newspapers.

”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 328 by inserting the following after line 114: "Section 8. Section 1134(a)(6), Title 29 in Section 5 of this Act takes effect July 1, 2027.".
