HOUSE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 113

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 to House Bill No. 113 by deleting “

education

” as it appears on line 3.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 to House Bill No. 113 by inserting after line 19 the following:

“

(d) The terms of this section shall apply on equal terms to the State Police Retirement Fund under Subchapter II, Chapter 83 of Title 11.

”.
