TO

SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 300

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by inserting the following after line 7 and before line 8, and renumber and redesignating accordingly:

“

(2) “Antique firearm” means as defined in 18 USC § 921.

”

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by inserting at the end of line 18 the following:

“

Such term does not include antique firearms.

”
