AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE TREASURER REPORTING OF STATE PAYMENTS FOR STATE PUBLIC OFFICER TRAVEL-RELATED EXPENSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Chapter 27, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:

§ 2723. Report of State payment of public officer travel-related expenses.

(a) The State Treasurer shall prepare a report that itemizes all travel, lodging, transportation, and similar expenses paid for by the State during the immediate prior fiscal year for each public officer.

(b) The report due under this section shall be due July 31 of each year after enactment of this Act.

(c) Public officer means the same as Title 29, Section 5812(n).
