PROVIDING THAT A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE BE CONVENED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING THE ANNUAL STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS BY THE HONORABLE MATTHEW S. MEYER, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

WHEREAS,

pursuant to the provisions of Article III, Section 15, of the Constitution of the State of Delaware, the Governor shall, from time to time, give to the General Assembly information of affairs concerning the State and recommend to its consideration such measures as he or she shall judge expedient.

Meyer, Governor of the State of Delaware.
