AMENDING THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 153RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TRAINING.

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 153

General Assembly of the State of Delaware that the Rules of the House of Representatives be amended by making additions as shown by underline as follows:

RULE 18A. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TRAINING.

Every member of the House of Representatives who is not a member of the Joint Finance Committee, or the Joint Committee on Capital Improvement, shall complete a financial responsibility training course approved by the Speaker of the House of Representatives with the assistance of the Controller General.

Each member required to complete the financial responsibility training shall do so at least once per General Assembly.

SYNOPSIS

This House Resolution requires every member of the House of Representatives that is not a member of the Joint Finance Committee or Joint Committee on Capital Improvement to complete financial responsibility training.
