AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ACQUISITION AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTY.
This Act amends section 137 of Title 17 of the Delaware Code to increase the requirement for a qualified independent appraisal from $10,000.00 to $25,000.00, to align with the current maximum threshold permitted by the Federal Highway Administration.
