SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 29

Amend House Bill No. 29, as amended, by deleting line 2 of House Amendment No. 1 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“

(12) Information relating to sports and other extracurricular activities. The information provided for each sport under this paragraph (c)(12) must include if the school has a team for girls, a team for boys, or the team is co-ed.

”.

This Amendment corrects punctuation errors in House Amendment No. 1 to this Act. Like House Amendment No. 1, this Amendment requires that the information about each school provided on the Department of Education's website include information about sports and other extracurricular activities. The information must include for each sport, if the school has a team for girls, a team for boys, or the team is co-ed.
