AMEND Senate Bill No. 216 by deleting Section 2 in its entirety.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment strikes Section 2 of Senate Bill No. 216, which would have required the Director of the Division of Professional Regulation to provide notice when the Respiratory Care Interstate Compact became effective. As of April 1, 2026, the Compact is effective therefore this notice provision is no longer needed.
