SENATE BILL NO. 308

AMEND Senate Bill No. 308 by deleting line 39 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

2. Expected ramping schedules, including the anticipated in-service date, interim load levels, and full build-out timing.

3. Whether the customer has filed duplicative interconnection requests within or outside of PJM, and the number and associated megawatts of such requests.

4. The status and amount of customer financial commitments, including deposits, construction obligations, or other sureties.
