SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 309

AMEND Senate Bill No. 309 by inserting a new Section after line 17 as follows:

“Section 2. As of the effective date of this Act, any outstanding balances owed by an individual for any of the fees, costs, interest, or other charges formerly assessed under § 6532(f)(3) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code (repealed by this Act) are discharged.”.
