FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 7 on line 17 by inserting “

” after “enforced” and before “in” therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 7 on line 71 by deleting “

special

” after “

mandates

” and before “

conditions

” therein and inserting in lieu thereof “

specific

”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment does all of the following:

(1) Clarifies that a probation and parole officer retains the ability to suspend enforcement of special conditions as a graduated incentive.
