SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 70

AMEND Senate Bill No. 70 by adding the following on line 37:

“Section 2. Amend § 1799J, Subchapter XI, Chapter 17, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:

§ 1799J. Licensure.

(a) An applicant who is applying for licensure under this subchapter shall:

(1) Provide satisfactory evidence of having certification as a:

a. Genetic counselor by the ABGC or ABMG

; or

b. Medical geneticist by the ABMG

G.

”
