SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 43

AMEND Senate Bill No. 43 by inserting in the enactment clause after “DELAWARE” and before the colon the following:

“(Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein)”."

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 43 by deleting line 7 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“
