SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 156

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 156 by deleting line 34 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 156 by inserting a new Section after line 59 as follows:

“Section 2. This act takes effect 90 days following its enactment into law.”.
