SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 3

TO

SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2

AMEND Senate Resolution No. 2 by deleting lines 864 through 868 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(1) Allows testimony from the general public, including those affected by the proposed legislation. The Chair shall provide at least 2 minutes to each individual wishing to provide testimony.”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment requires that each member of the public be provided with at least 2 minutes to provide testimony to a standing committee.
