AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DAMAGE PREVENTION AND SAFETY ACT.
This Act updates and clarifies the Underground Utility Damage Prevention and Safety Act (UUDPSA), which dates from the mid-1990s.
