SENATE BILL NO. 323

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE GOVERNMENT AND THE DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Amend § 8735, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:

(z) The Division of Professional Regulation must employ at least one licensed journeyperson electrician to carry out investigations as a member of the Investigative Unit of the Division.

SYNOPSIS

This act requires the Division of Professional Regulation to employ at least one licensed journeyperson electrician to carry out investigations as a member of the Investigative Unit of the Division.
