AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OFFENSES INVOLVING PUBLIC INDECENCY.
Under current Delaware law, a minor cannot be guilty of the crime of prostitution under § 1342 of Title 11.
