SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 69

MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE PORT OF WILMINGTON EXPANSION TASK FORCE ENABLING RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, the Port of Wilmington Expansion Task Force (“Task Force”) was reestablished by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 47 on April 15, 2025; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to make an addition to the membership of the Task Force.

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 153rd General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that the membership of the Port of Wilmington Expansion Task Force, reestablished by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 47 on April 15, 2025, include the New Castle County County Executive, or a designee selected by the County Executive.

SYNOPSIS

This Concurrent Resolution makes an addition to the membership of the Port of Wilmington Expansion Task Force ("Task Force"), which was created by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 47 (153rd General Assembly), by adding New Castle County’s County Executive as a member of the Task Force.
