4-201; D.C. OfficialCode § 9-201.01 etseq.)(“Act”),the Council findsthattheportionof the
publicalleysysteminSquare756,asshownontheSurveyor’splatfiledunderS.0.24-00310,isunnecessaryforalleypurposesandordersitclosed,withfitletothelandtovestasshownontheSurveyor’splat.(b)Pursuanttosection302oftheAct(D.C.OfficialCode§9-203.02),theCouncilacceptsthededicationofa portionofLot806inSquare756forpublicalleypurposes,asshownontheSurveyor’splatfiledunderS.0.24-0310.

Sec.3.Theorderingofthealleyclosureandacceptanceofthededicationoflandsetforthinsection2arecontingentuponthesatisfactionofallconditionssetforthbytheDistrictDepartmentof TransportationintheofficialfileforS.O. 24-003 10 priorto recordationof the
