amendedbystrikingthephrase“Columbialawthatowns”andinsertingthephrase“Columbia
law,orgovernmententity,thatowns”initsplace.
Seo.3.Section2(20)oftheLead-HazardPreventionandEliminationActof2008,
effectiveMarch31,2009(D.C.Law17-381;D.C.OfficialCode§8-231.01(20)),isamendedby
strikingthephrase“(0.7yg/em?)”andinsertingthephrase“(0.7mg/em®)”initsplace.
Sec.4. Section128(11)(A)of the SustainableSolidWaste Management Amendment Act
0f2014,effectiveMarch16,2021(D.C.Law23-211;D.C.OfficialCode§8-771.01(11)(A)),is
amendedbystrikingthephrase“whomanufacturersa”andinsertingthephrase“who
manufacturesa”initsplace.
Sec.5.Applicability.(a)Section2shallapplyasofDecember13,2013.(b)Section3shallapplyasofMarch16,2021.
