actmay be citedas the“Closingofa Cul-de-Sacin Square4350, $.0. 22-05506,Act of 2025”.
Sec.2.Pursuanttosection404oftheDistrictofColumbiaHomeRuleAct,approvedDecember24,1973(87Stat.787;D.C.OfficialCode§1-204.04),andconsistentwiththeStreetandAlleyClosingandAcquisitionProceduresActof1982,effectiveMarch10,1983(D.C.Law4-201;D.C.OfficialCode§9-201.01efseq.),theCouncilfindsthecul-de-sacinSquare4350,asshownontheSurveyor’splatfiledunder$.O.22-05506,isunnecessaryforalleypurposesandordersitclosed,withtitletothelandtovestasshownontheSurveyor’splat.
Sec.3.Theclosingofthecul-de-sacdescribedinsection2iscontingentuponthesatisfactionofallconditionssetforthintheofficialfilefor$.O.22-05506priortothe
recordationoftheplatbytheSurveyor.
