requirementsofsection202oftheProcurementPracticesReformActof2010,effectiveApril8,2011(D.C.Law18-371;D.C.OfficialCode§2-352.02),theCouncilapprovesModificationNos.M0009,M0010,M0011,M0012,andM0013toContractNo.CW101632withKBECGroup,Inc.andauthorizespaymentinthenot-to-exceedamountof$403,657.97forthegoodsandservicesreceivedandtobereceivedunderthecontract.
