BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
atmaybecitedasthe“SpecialEducationforYoungAdultsintheCustodyoftheDepartmentofCorrectionsTemporaryAmendmentActof2025”.
Sec.2.Section2(b)ofAnActTocreateaDepartmentofCorrectionsintheDistrictofColumbia, approved June 27, 1946 (60 Stat.320; D.C. OfficialCode § 24-211.02(b)),is
amended as follows:
(a)Paragraph(9)isamendedbystrikingthephrase“;and”andinsertingasemicoloninitsplace.(b)Thefirstparagraph(10)isamendedbystrikingtheperiodandinsertingasemicoloninitsplace.(©)Thesecondparagraphisredesignatedasparagraph(11).
(@)Paragraph(11)isamendedbystrikingtheperiodandinsertingthephrase“;and”initsplace.
