BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, Thatthis
actmaybecitedasthe“Elmore-FriendshipCourtDesignationActof2025”.
Sec.2.Pursuanttosections401,403,and421oftheStreetandAlleyClosingandAcquisitionProceduresActof1982,effectiveMarch10,1983(D.C.Law4-201;D.C.Official
Code§§9-204.01,9-204.03,and9-204.21),theCouncilofficiallydesignatesthepublicalleysystemwithinSquare1084,asdepictedbytheplatinthecommitteereport,as“Elmore-
FriendshipCourt”.
Sec.3.Fiscalimpactstatement.TheCounciladoptsthefiscalimpactstatementinthecommitteereportasthefiscalimpactstatementrequiredbysection4aoftheGeneralLegislativeProceduresActof1975,approved October 16,2006 (120 Stat.2038; D.C. OfficialCode § 1-301.47a).
