‘Toamend,onatemporarybasis,Title6-AoftheDistrictofColumbiaMunicipalRegulationstomakeconformingchanges;toamendtheMetropolitanPoliceDeparmentApplication,Appointment,andTrainingRequirementsActof2000toallowapplicantsforswornofficersoftheMetropolitanPoliceDepartmenttocountcertaincredithoursforcompletionoftheinitialtrainingprogramtowardstherequirementthatcertainapplicantscomplete60-hoursofpost-secondaryeducationatanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity;toamendsection23-581oftheDistrictofColumbiaOfficialCodetoclarifytheauthorityofMetropolitanPoliceDepartmentwarrantlessarrestrequirements;toamendtheActto
RegulatePublicConductonPublicPassengerVehiclestoprovidethattheadjudicationoffareevasioncitationsshallbepursuanttotheDepartmentofConsumerandRegulatory‘AffairsCivilInfractionsActof1985;toamendChapter8ofTitle16oftheDistrictofColumbiaOfficialCodetoclarifythatoffenseseligibleinthefutureforautomaticsealingarecurrentlyeligibleforsealingbymotion;toamendtheSecureDCOmnibus‘AmendmentActof2024toamendthesunsetdateofcertainprovisionsregardingpretrialdetention;toamendtheCriminalJusticeCoordinationCouncilfortheDistrictofColumbiaEstablishmentActof2011tochangethedeadlineforcertainreports;andtoamendtheClemencyBoardWaiverAuthorityTemporaryAmendmentActof2025toclarifytheeffectivedate.
