BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedas the“Closingofa PublicAlley inSquare 3524, S.O.23-06402,Act of 2025”.
Sec.2.(a)Pursuanttosection404oftheDistrictofColumbiaHomeRuleAct,approvedDecember24,1973(87Stat.787;D.C.OfficialCode§1-204.04),andconsistentwiththeStreetandAlleyClosingandAcquisitionProceduresActof1982,effectiveMarch10,1983(D.C.Law
4-201;D.C.OfficialCode§9-201.01etseq.),theCouncilfindsthattheportionofthepublicalleyinSquare3524,asshownontheSurveyor’splatfiledunder$.O.23-06402,isunnecessaryforalleypurposesandordersitclosed,withtitletothelandtovestasshownontheSurveyor’splat.

(b)Theorderingofthealleyclosureinsubsection(a)ofthissectioniscontingentuponthesatisfactionoftheconditionssetforthbytheDistrictDepartmentofTransportationintheofficialfilefor$.0.23-06402.
