BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, Thatthis
actmay be citedasthe“SchoolsFirstAmendment Act of 2026”.
Sec.2.TitleIoftheSchoolsFirstinBudgetingAmendmentActof2022,effectiveMarch
10,2023(D.C.Law24-300;D.C.OfficialCode§38-2851.01efseq.),isamendedasfollows:
(@)Section102(D.C.OfficialCode§38-2851.01)isamendedasfollows:(1)Paragraph(1A)isredesignatedasparagraph(1B).
(2)A newparagraph(1A)isaddedtoreadasfollows:
